Police were called to South 39th Street around noon to investigate a report of child enticement. Officers spoke with an Omaha woman who said her 12-year-old daughter was walking near an abandoned PayDay Express when a white male offered her money to get inside his vehicle. The girl could only describe the suspect as being in his early 20s and having brown hair. He was driving an older model white vehicle. She said the girl ignored the man and ran home where her siblings were.
