(Knox County, TN) – The Knox County Parks and Recreation Department will open its splash pads for the 2021 season on Saturday, May 1. The splash pads are automated water playgrounds for kids of all ages and free and open to the public.
The county has splash pads located at three parks: Carl Cowan (10058 S Northshore Drive), New Harvest (4775 New Harvest Lane) and Powell Station Park (2318 W Emory Road).

KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. The Knox County Parks and Recreation Department s new Hide and Seek program aims to promote safe and healthy activities during the pandemic.
Officials said the game will take place at four different locations within the Concord Park system from March 1 until noon on April 30.
The four parks are Admiral Farragut, Carl Cowan, The Cove, and The Point.
