An off-duty New York City police officer was arrested and subsequently released on Friday after investigators found he allegedly possessed child pornography on his phone, authorities said.
Mitchell Emile, 28, was arrested inside the 84th Precinct of the New York City Police Department when an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation led authorities to discover two videos depicting young boys in sexual situations on the officer s cellular phone, the NY Daily News reported.
