Chief Constable Chris Rowley will bring 28 years’ policing experience to the county as he steps into the shoes of departing boss Andy Rhodes, who spent his whole career with the force. The 52-year-old is joining from his previous role as deputy chief constable of Humberside Police, a post he had held since 2017.
