STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. About two years ago, while dining at DaNoi on Fingerboard Road, Michael Musto overheard owner Edward Gomez talking about a bar he wanted to sell. Musto’s ears perked up.
When he found out the name of the place, Musto was stunned. He remembered how enthused he was over the news. “Cargo! I used to live in that place,” he told Gomez. And now, he’s an owner.
