A watchdog has rapped a Teesside council for failing to respond to information requests about a media consultant and a magazine contract. Freedom of information requests (FOIs) were sent to Middlesbrough Council on November 27 asking for emails, texts and messages by Mayor Andy Preston relating to a PR consultant appointed in late 2019.
