Yokohama Tire Corporation will expand its distribution network in the U.S. at Intermodal III Industrial Park. Duke Realty Corporation’s Dallas office secured a long-term lease for the company for the 431,630-square-foot facility in Wilmer, about 15 miles southeast of Dallas. This will be Yokohama’s fourth location centrally located to meet its customers’ needs in the Southwest.

Finance firm leases Las Colinas office space
Cottonwood Financial Administrative Services is the second recent lease at the Irving campus.

The consumer finance firm Cottonwood Financial Administrative Services has leased a big block of office space in Irving.
The company is taking almost 40,000 square feet at 2120 W. Walnut Hill Lane in Las Colinas.
The new space is in the three-building Cottonwood Office Center, which once housed offices of Liberty Mutual Insurance.
The lease is the second recent transaction in the office campus. Medpace Inc., a clinical research organization, has taken more than 47,000 square feet in the buildings.
