CABANATUAN CITY, Nueva Ecija The Provincial Task Force on Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) has announced the surrender of three Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) guerillas to local authorities in San Jose City, this province on Wednesday.
Col.Marvin Joe Saro, Nueva Ecija Police Director, identified the three CPP/NPA/NDF members as “Ka Eugene,” 56, a barangay Tanod, “Ka Butch,” 48, caretaker, and “Ka Warren/Waldo,” 51, carpenter, all residents of barangay Balbalungao in Lupao.
