ACCRINGTON Stanley Football Club have agreed a new three-year deal with Clayton Park Bakery, allowing fans to feast on a locally produced pie until 2024. The award-winning Clayton-le-Moors based bakery have been supplying pies and other savoury baked goods to fans at the Wham Stadium since 2019 – winning the hearts of Stanley supporters and becoming something of a matchday staple. Daniel Bowerbank, Commercial Manager at Accrington Stanley, said: “We love Clayton Park Bakery, and so does everyone here. “It’s been a challenging year with no fans and I know the pies are an essential part of the matchday experience so it’s great that the pies we sell at the Wham Stadium are made and eaten locally.”
