College Place Public Schools Will Vaccinate Students Next Week
If you have a student in the College Place School Districts, there is going to be a clinic for students to get vaccinated next week for ages 12-15.
According to a press release from the College Place School District, a clinic will be held on Wednesday, May 19th, 2021 for students aged 12-15.
The district had already held a clinic for students aged 16-18.

College Place Public Schools has teamed up with Walla Walla County Department of Community Health to vaccinate over fifty students, staff, and community members Tuesday during a vaccination clinic held at College Place High School.

College Place Public Schools in association with Eden s Pantry will be hosting the next distribution of food to be distributed to those in need on Wednesday, March 3rd.
The distribution of food will begin at 8 am at Eden s Pantry, at 212 Southwest 4th Street, in College Place.

336 boxes of food will be distributed. It s a drive-through event, with volunteers placing the boxes directly into trunks of automobiles. Covid safety guidelines will be followed. Please make sure to have your mask on hand and wearing it when you collect your food-box.

The College Place School District has set Jan. 11 as the date it plans to start bringing students back into an a.m./p.m. hybrid schedule in phases, the district and the union representing College Place teachers announced Wednesday.
The move comes as districts across the state adjust to new state guidelines designed to make reopening schools easier amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
School starts back from winter break on Jan. 4. The first week will see all students continue in distance learning.
Jan. 11 is when College Placeâs youngest students return to the classroom first. Pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade students will attend in-person instruction using an a.m./p.m. hybrid schedule.
