A reopening ceremony of the Carroll Historical Society, located at 5 W. Main St., Frewsburg, will be happening at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. The newly renovated Carroll Historical Society building, located behind the town hall, will be one of the highlights of the ceremony, which will also included featured speaker state Sen. George Borrello.

FREWSBURG A new reception desk, floor tiles and exterior siding are just a few of the renovations that will be highlighted during the reopening ceremony of the Carroll Historical Society.
The historical society’s reopening ceremony will start at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, at 5 W. Main St., Frewsburg, which is located behind the town hall.

Mrs. Tyler was allegedly proud of her own “brilliance” when she set her phone passcode to her birthday.
The Tyler Family has reportedly honored their late dog Rainbow by making his name a part of an email password used by their mother, Carol.
The family matriarch was seen adding Rainbow’s name to his date of birth and updating her Gmail account’s password to Rainbow1217 from the original “password123.”
“I think this is just a great way of remembering Rainbow,” said Tyler, accidentally replying-all to a PTO email that was just meant for neighborhood mom Sharon. “Nobody will guess that our password is our old dog, it’s just too clever.”
Earlier this month, the United Way of Carroll was thrilled to announce they were able to allocate over $34,000 in funding for this year to Carroll County charitable organizations and efforts. This total represented about $10,000 more than previous years, an impressive feat at any time, but particularly notable during a pandemic. Executive Director, Jen Munson, said at that time the extra proceeds came from the huge amount of individual and business support they have received. Their annual grill out was changed to a drive-thru event in 2020, but people and businesses came out in full force to show their support. They also held a 50/50 raffle last year that helped with raising their total donations received. Munson says they are holding another raffle now, but it will be a little different than last year.
