Bridger Jack Mesa and the Six Shooter peaks are located in the northern, Indian Creek unit of Bears Ears National Monument. Indian Creek is separated from the southern unit of Bears Ears by a large stretch of country that was removed from the monument by President Donald Trump in 2017.
