BRANFORD, CT The East Shore Health District is based in Branford, but it s asking for help in all the communities it s serving as COVID-19 vaccine distribution continues. In a call to action, the health department indicated it is in desperate need of volunteers to staff senior center vaccine clinics in Branford, East Haven, Guilford and Madison.
Volunteers are being sought to help staff the vaccination clinics for seniors 75 and older with appointment registrations on computers, administrative clinical support staffing, and assistance from medically trained residents to provide vaccinations to those who qualify for the COVID-19 vaccine under the state s phase schedule.
