ELKINS Davis & Elkins College Professor of English Dr. Bill King is among writers and artists published in the current issue of About Place Journal who will present their works in a Zoom poetry reading at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15. The reading series, titled “Works of Resistance, Resilience,” is comprised of poetry, fiction, nonfiction and visual art. In this age of collective anxiety, the writers and artists from around the world attempt to answer what it means to live and survive during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
