That decision came after a preliminary hearing for 17-year old Kamare Lewis.He and 15-year-old Kevin Spencer are charged in the September attack on 36-year-old Ee Lee.According to the criminal complaint, Lee was in the park on a blanket when she was approached by a group of at least five young men and boys.Investigators said at least two of the boys severely beat and sexually assaulted her, leaving her to die by the pond.
