A NEW state-of-the-art Stourbridge care home has welcomed its first residents. Parkfield Grange, part of the Cinnamon Care Collection, is now fully open - having transformed the derelict site of the town s old Labour Club in Hagley Road. The high spec new facility provides residential, dementia and respite care and has 68 large en-suite bedrooms and six one-bedroom care suites, plus a private dining room, café-bar, cinema, lounges, dining rooms and landscaped gardens. It is also equipped with infection control innovations, including Ozone Decontamination Units which have airborne disinfection capabilities. The care suites include an en-suite bedroom, lounge and kitchenette and are suitable for couples or people looking for more space and privacy than a traditional care bedroom.
