Angela Cole Westhoff chosen to lead Maine Health Care Association The board of directors of the Maine Health Care Association has selected Angela Cole Westhoff of Sidney to be the association’s next president and chief executive. She will succeed Rick Erb, who is retiring after 20 years with MHCA. Westhoff has most recently served as executive director of the Maine Dental Association and had held a similar position with the Maine Osteopathic Association. Wanda Pelkey, chair of the MHCA board of directors, cited Westhoff’s knowledge and skills as a terrific complement to an experienced and dedicated MHCA team. Emily Crowley

Camden Rotary Club to host Camden National Bank leader Greg Dufour

His talk, “Post-Pandemic Opportunities and Challenges,” will be the sixth in a series the club is hosting about local economic and workforce development. Dufour will tell how Camden National Bank responded to the pandemic and share his views on future economic conditions in the Midcoast. Topics will include the trend toward remote work, what will be needed for economic growth in the region during the coming decade, and the challenge of providing median-income workforce-accessible housing.
