A Cornish housing charity has appointed a new chair of the board. Social landlord Coastline Housing has recently announced it will be appointing Mark Duddridge as the new Chair of its Board. Mark, who is currently also chair of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership, will take up his position as chair of the Cornish housing charity at the start of July. Mark has previously been a group director at Samworth Brothers, a chilled food business operating out of 17 sites across the Midlands and Cornwall. Predominantly an own label manufacturer Samworth developed Ginsters and latterly Soreen into nationally recognised brands.
