Emirates strengthens commercial team with key moves
DUBAI, December 28, 2020 Emirates has announced several key movements and rotations to its commercial team, both in its Dubai hub and across key markets in the Far East, West Asia and Africa. The changes place five seasoned Emirati commercial managers in key positions across the Emirates network to support its commercial strategies as the airline responds to shifting market dynamics and navigates the complex challenges posed by the global pandemic. The rotations also demonstrate the depth of UAE National talent within the global commercial team, due in large part to the exposure they are given across the airline’s network.

+ CLARK FREEPORT Emirates has appointed Jaber Mohammed as the new country manager for the Philippines.
He will be leading the airline s operations, driving growth and strengthening Emirates footprint in the country.
This came as part of the airline s management rotations to support its commercial strategies. Jaber was previously Emirates area manager-Taiwan since 2016.
The new appointment will help Emirates respond to shifting market dynamics and navigate the complex challenges posed by the global pandemic, positioning it to better serve customer needs.
Satish Sethi, who was previously the country manager based in Manila, will be posted in Japan, as the new country manager there.
