A NEW burger restaurant launched by the team behind Evesham’s very first burger bar is set to open later this year. The brand StirrUps will be launching its first fixed venue at the former Outside Inn pub, based on Market Place in the centre of town. Originally founded by Stuart Bailey in 2018 as a catering and events cocktail business, StirrUps was then reborn in June 2020 with a home delivery offering during lockdown. At this time, Darren Strickland, who had just been made redundant from his job as a chef, due to the pandemic, joined the StirrUps team to enhance the cocktail offering, shortly after launching their food offering.
