Conservation Corps Hiring Teens Long summer days are ahead, and Central Oregon Youth Conservation Corps (COYCC) has summer jobs for young people! This is a great opportunity for youth ages 16-to-18-years-old to gain job skills and learn more about natural resources while improving public lands and reducing the threat of wildfires in our community. More Info Here Nearly 50 local youth will be selected for this competitive summer program and earn $12.75 an hour, working 36 hours a week. Hands-on projects in Central Oregon’s beautiful forests and high deserts include building trails, maintaining fences, piling hazardous fuels, restoring campgrounds, and improving wildlife habitat on the Deschutes and Ochoco national forests and the Crooked River National Grassland.

(KTVZ) Long summer days are ahead, and Central Oregon Youth Conservation Corps has summer jobs for young people! C.O. Association of Realtors seeks nonprofit applicants for donations BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® will be accepting applications for donations from local nonprofits until Sept. 30. The criteria for those applying consists of: Applicant must be a 501(c)3 Priority will be given to smaller organizations that provide basic needs to the community, such as food, shelter, clothing and medical services. Political organizations/campaigns, religious activities, sports teams or individual activities are not eligible (religious organizations are eligible for community service programs). Funds must be used for programs and not events or marketing. Programs must take place in Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Harney or Wheeler counties.
