Ida United Methodist Church and Samaria Grace United Methodist Church will be meeting together beginning Sunday.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. and will alternate location as follows:

Webinar from Brennan Institute
The 90-minute webinar “What Would Merton Tweet?: Finding Spiritual Intimacy in a Socially Distance World” will take place at 8 p.m. March 17.
It’s the inaugural webinar for the Margarete Brennan Institute.
There is no cost.
The facilitator will be Dr. Daniel P. Horan, OFM, associate professor of systematic theology and spirituality at Catholic Theological Union, Chicago.
Turkey dinner canceled
Because of the winter weather and COVID-19 restrictions, Ida United Methodist Church has canceled the turkey dinner that was previously scheduled for Feb. 13.
The church committee plans to restart the monthly dinner series in March.
Mobile Food Pantry schedule announced
The Monroe County Opportunity Program has announced the next Monroe County Mobile Food Pantry stops. These are pop-up food pantry services scheduled across the area; one food package will be available to each household while supplies last.
Advance registration is not required; however, those picking up food must show an ID that proves Monroe County residency. The upcoming dates are as scheduled:
