A new album brings together musical stars from across Wiltshire, and beyond, all to raise much-needed funds for charity Julia s House. Darren Worrow runs Devizine, a blog that collates the very best of Wiltshire-wide music, as well as local news and anecdotes from around the town of Devizes. As festivals and fairs were cancelled as the pandemic began to take hold last year, Darren began to review music in its digital form, rather than live gigs. He built up dozens of new contacts during lockdown, leading to the idea for a charity album. I started off by reviewing just Wiltshire bands and singers, but then branched out a bit. I thought it might be an idea to bring everyone together in some way.
