Penn State University Libraries presented its fourth annual Undergraduate Research Award: Excellence in Information Literacy honors to 100 students at nearly all undergraduate Penn State campuses. Fifty-nine of the 64 business of the year finalists were represented at Friday s event. They were responsible for more than 3,600 full-time employees.
“While talking to our finalists, we heard about their why’ and how they applied that to their mission statement,” said Angela Snyder of First International Title who, along with Nick Choat of Sport Clips Haircuts of South Sarasota, served as masters of ceremony for the awards. “We learned about many of the challenge each business faced this past year dure to the pandemic and how they had to pivot to overcome the challenges.

It started a mentorship program about four years ago, in which it identified up to 15 people and prepared them for expanded roles.

Milwaukee-based Ogden & Co., Wisconsin’s largest independent, full-service real estate firm, has announced the implementation of a long-term succession plan, which includes emerging leaders who will take on key roles in the company.
President Peter Ogden will transition to chairman of the board, and Chief Financial Officer Beth Sucevic will serve as president of Ogden & Co. Sucevic will be the first female president of Ogden. Financial Coordinator Megan Neuman will serve as chief financial officer.
Susan Fellows, executive vice president of Property Management, will transition to executive vice president of the Residential Brokerage Division. Sheila Casey will continue to serve as Human Resources director, and Gordon Steimle will continue to serve as executive vice president of the Commercial/Investment Division.
