While online shows continue with two new offers from Lucky Penny and UpStage Napa Valley, the outlook is good for in-person shows this summer. Lucky Penny s In the Mood Lucky Penny Productions presents, In the Mood, an all-new music show online starting Friday, April 23. The latest production from their Video Theater is a virtual concert featuring popular songs from the 1930s through today. Washington Snow, Ice Removal Reminders

The City of Washington wants to remind property owners of their ordinance for snow and ice removal. The ordinance states that the property owner and/or occupant of any building shall clear the public sidewalk of all snow or ice accumulation within 24 hours after snow has ceased to fall or ice has formed. If the person responsible fails to do so, the City may perform the removal and levy the cost of removal against the property owner. Code Enforcement Officer Elaine Jennings also reminds property owners and snow removal contractors that it is unlawful to move any snow or ice onto a public street, right of way, alley, or sidewalk. O2 helping elderly people in Blackburn with Darwen stay connected with families this Christmas

Joyce Beck, 63, has received a band new Samsung tablet A MOBILE phone giant teamed up with Age UK in Blackburn with Darwen to provide local residents a range of tech devices and support to help them stay in touch with their loved ones this Christmas. The initiative comes following new research from O2 revealing that 41 per cent British grandparents say they will have to spend Christmas Day without their family this year due to the pandemic, meaning that a virtual celebration is on the cards for many. The mobile phone network have been working closely with Age UK Blackburn with Darwen, to identify older members of the community who are set to spend Christmas day alone, and who don’t have the tech knowledge, confidence or equipment to be able to video call loved ones on Christmas Day.
