On 3/3/2021, an officer was dispatched to the area of SE 288th ST and 216th AVE SE regarding nails on the roadway. The officer arrived and removed a
box of screw nails that had spilled in the intersection.
On 3/5/2021, officers responded to the 32700 block of 3rd Ave for a loud noise coming from a residence. Officers checked the residence and found no one was home. A broken smoke detector was found laying outside the residence which officers were able to silence. Officers later contacted the residents and confirmed they were safe.
On 3/6/2021, officers conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation at the Cenex gas station located in the 32600 block of 3rd Avenue. The driver was arrested and booked into the Enumclaw Jail, and a search warrant was later served on the vehicle. A firearm was found inside the vehicle with the suspect in this case being a convicted felon. Felony charges will be filed with the King County Prosecutor’s Offic
On 10-27-2020, at approximately 07:46 hours, Officers received a telephone call from the project manager from Lennar Homes in Ten Trails. Officers were informed that a house under construction on Glacier AVE SE had a wooden front door dropped off in the garage on 10-23-2020. Officers were advised that there is no doors or a garage door on the house being built. Sometime over the weekend, someone removed the door from the unfinished garage without permission.
There is no suspect information at this time.
On 10-27-2020, at approximately 07:46 hours, Officers received a telephone call from the project manager of Lennar Homes. Officers were informed that the subject wanted to report that someone removed a brass pressure relief valve from the unfinished garage of a residence being constructed in Ten Trails. Officers arrived at the scene and were informed that the pressure relief valve was installed in the garage on 10-15-2020 and was found missing on 10-20-2020. There

On 11/23/2020, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 28800 block of SR 169 after a Washington State Department of Licensing Records check showed the registered owner had a license status of Suspended in the 3rd Degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene
On 11/24/2020, at 1341 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department was dispatched to a fraud call at the 32700 block of Stuart Ave SE. Contact was made with the complainant who advised that today she received a suspicious call from a person who claimed to be with the Sheriff’s Office. This person advised the complainant that they needed to speak with her regarding suspicious activity with her social security number. The complainant advised that she did not provide the person with any information and told the person that she was calling the police. There is no additional information.
