Roaring River Nature Center hosting Earth Day celebration Join the Roaring River State Park Ozark Chinquapin Nature Center on April 24 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Earth Day 2021 and learn how to make a difference in preserving Missouri’s natural resources. Community partners will be at the park to provide games and crafts, and the Department of Conservation will be handing out native trees. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, people may call 417-847-3742. Alumni Banquet scheduled The annual Cassville High School Alumni Association Banquet will be May 29 in the CHS Commons Area. Doors will open at 5 p.m. with dinner served at 6 p.m. Dinner and dues are $15. Any class having a special reunion may contact Kay Baker at 417-847-4219 to make reservations.
