Retired Weymouth cop seeks Council seat Wicked Local Retired Weymouth Police Officer Edward Hancock said he wants to continue his lifelong commitment to public service by getting elected to the District 6 Town Council seat on Nov. 2. “After serving the town for over 23 years, I want to see some changes in the district, he said.
