AMRITSAR: Canadian government has announced a resettlement plan for the Afghanistan nationals who had helped the Canadian army but the same has dismayed the minuscule population of Sikhs and Hindus living amid Taliban resurgence and waiting to be rescued.
Gurnam Singh president of Gurdwara Karte Parwan, Kabul told TOI on Saturday We were hopeful that the government of Canada will also rescue us along with the Afghani’s who had been helping them all this time .
