June 2021 Smart, sleek and with curves in all the right places: Auto Heinen recommends latest dosing furnace innovation from StrikoWestofen One of Europe’s leading manufacturers of aluminium die-cast components and parts has confirmed it would have “no hesitation in recommending StrikoWestofen’s new Westomat Plus+ dosing furnace to other die casting foundries”, based on a product development pilot run in partnership with the furnace solutions specialist. Auto Heinen GmbH, based in Bad Münstereifel, Germany, has been a StrikoWestofen customer for almost 40 years. The expert in special alloy die-cast parts currently operates 15 Westomat dosing furnaces and 2 StrikoMelter melting furnaces to process around 4 t/hour in peak operation.
