Digital payments enabler accepts online donations for Kain Tayo, Pilipinas!

As part of its mission to enable “digital bayanihan,” PayMaya has equipped the Kain Tayo, Pilipinas! private sector-led campaign with online donation acceptance, allowing citizens to donate using their PayMaya account and any credit, debit, and prepaid card as well as other e-wallets. Kain Tayo, Pilipinas! is a flagship program under the Pilipinas Kontra Gutom (PKG) movement, led by private corporations, media, non-government organizations, together with the Department of Education, the Department of Science and Technology’s Food and Nutrition Research Institute, and the National Nutrition Council. Bayer puts up community vegetable farm in Calauan, Laguna

Published April 22, 2021, 5:30 AM German multinational pharmaceutical firm Bayer AG has put up a community vegetable farm in Calauan, Laguna in a bid to contribute to providing livelihood to residents in the area. “We’re excited to have this second opportunity to reach out to communities and promote agriculture for both food and livelihood,” said Vinit Jindal, managing director of Bayer Philippines.
