Cumberland Regional picks teacher, educational professional of the year

Cumberland Regional High School has named business teacher Christine Fuller as its 2020 teacher of the year and athletic department assistant Marisa Risso as its educational services professional of the year.
Fuller joined the district in 2004. As leader of the CRHS Business Academy, she implemented the national, project-based High School of Business curriculum, making Cumberland Regional the first High School of Business site in the state.
Fuller partnered with Members 1st Credit Union to bring a school-wide Reality Fair to give CRHS students the opportunity to participate in a workshop on personal budgeting and created job-shadowing experiences for third-year business students at the Danone of North America (formerly WhiteWave) facility in Bridgeton. She also has served as adviser of the school’s FBLA chapter for the past 17 years.
