THE province of Zamboanga de Sur successfully conducted its opening program for its four-day provincial cacao festival, which commenced on February 11, at Capitol s covered court in Pagadian City with the theme 1st Kakao Festival 2021: Zamboanga del Sur Chocolate Experience.
