Due to manufacturing delays caused by the COVID-19 crisis, The Phantom Tomorrow will now arrive on October 29, not June 4 as originally announced. The controversial centre is under fire once again with the NRL s behavioural watchdog to probe allegations Staggs clashed with a patron in an alcohol-fuelled incident at the Eatons Hill Hotel during the Easter weekend. NRL investigators are seeking CCTV footage of the incident in which Staggs, currently sidelined with a knee reconstruction, is said to be intoxicated. They are also trying to ascertain whether a female was involved in the incident.
