City of La Crosse offers tax payment options with City Hall closed

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) With La Crosse City Hall closed due to COVID-19, the city sent out a reminder Thursday of other ways people can turn in their property tax bill.
Property tax-payers can mail payments to City of La Crosse Treasurer, P.O. Box 2408, La Crosse WI 54602-2408. Those who pay this way and want a receipt should include either a self-addressed, stamped envelope or their email address with their payment.
People can also pay online at www.officialpayments.com or by phone by calling 1-800-272-9829. Both those options will use Jurisdiction Code #5863 and a convenience fee may apply.
