Estudo aponta que 740 mil casos de câncer no mundo estão associados ao consumo de álcool

RIO - Estudo global publicado no The Lancet Oncology aponta que 4% dos novos casos de câncer diagnosticados em 2020, o que representa 740 mil pessoas doentes, podem estar associados ao consumo de álcool. Apenas no Brasil foram 20,5 mil casos.
Ainda de acordo com o estudo, o grupo mais atingido são os homens (77% dos casos) e os tipos mais comuns da doença associado com álcool são de câncer no esôfago (189.700 casos), fígado (154.700 casos) e mama (98.300 casos), seguidos por colorretal, boca e garganta.

Within the scope of the European Green Deal, the European Commission called for research and innovation projects that support the transition to a zero-carbon economy. Brussels Airport as project leader, together with 21 partners, submitted an ambitious plan with concrete projects to help the industry accelerate the sustainable transition.
