Lindfield Drive scene A THIRD man has appeared in court accused of attempting to murder a man in a shooting at Lindfield Drive, Halliwell. Police were called to the area in the early hours of November 7 last year after nearby resident Jon Lee Robinson, was shot. Yesterday, at Bolton Magistrates Court, Abdul Malik Said, aged 21, of Langdon Close, Halliwell, appeared in court via a video link accused of the attempted murder of Mr Robinson and possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. No plea was entered and Said was remanded in custody to next appear at Bolton Crown Court on March 22.
