Pinkerton s, a well-known BBQ spot in Houston has announced it will open their San Antonio location this Saturday, Feb. 13, according to the owner s Twitter post.
Grant Pinkerton, the owner of Pinkerton s BBQ posted a video on his Twitter page of the famous Pinkerton s ribs and brisket getting sliced with the video reading Texas BBQ is king and No one does beef like the Lone Star State.
Grant Pinkerton made good on his word after previously stating the downtown location would be ready to open in February but was unable to provide an exact date.
