Nick Jonas hosted the Billboard Music Awards and intro’d a ton of artist’s performances.
THE WEEKND was the big winner of the night, with TEN awards, including Top Artist, Top Album, and Top Radio Song for
“Blinding Lights”.
Meanwhile,
PINK received the Icon Award and performed a medley that included an aerial routine with her daughter Willow. And she accepted an “apology” from
Jon Bon Jovi for breaking her heart when he got married.
And Drake accepted the Billboard Music Award for Artist of the Decade and brought his son, Adonis, on stage with him. The three-year-old rocked blonde cornrows. Drake asked his son if he wanted to hold the award. At the end of his speech, Drake thanked his family. As Adonis tried to run away, Drake grabbed him, lifted him, and hugged him.
Phil Spector remembered as part of the Brit Awards

Phil Spector was among the figures from the music industry who were remembered as part of the Brit Awards.
To coincide with the ceremony, the Brit Awards shared a list of obituaries of music industry figures who died in the last year.
US music producer Spector died earlier this year while serving a prison sentence for murder.

He was jailed for a minimum of 19 years in 2009 for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson.
Spector was a “songwriter and pioneer of the iconic ‘Wall of Sound’, who will equally be remembered for his conviction”, the Brit Awards website said.
