AbhiBus Services, an online e-ticketing platform that aggregates solutions to 3000 private bus operators has partnered with ticket booking platform, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC).
With this partnership, IRCTC will get the bus inventory across 100,000 Bus routes and IRCTC customers will get options to book tickets for Sleeper/Non-sleeper, Ac/Non-AC buses as per their requirement.

Coronavirus vaccine: All states to begin vaccine dry run from January 2
All states will start the dry run for coronavirus vaccination from January 2, 2021. The decision was taken at a high-level meeting of the Union Health Ministry that concluded on Thursday, December 31. Earlier, only four states - Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Punjab, and Assam, had carried out a two-day dry run to review the readiness of the mechanism laid out for the COVID-19 immunisation drive.
Reliance Jio to make local voice calls free from January 1
Reliance Jio Infocomm will make domestic voice calls free from January 1, after the interconnect usage charges (IUC) on such services end in line with TRAI s (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) directions. Over the last year or so, Reliance Jio has been charging customers 6 paise per minute for voice calls made to rival phone networks but compensated subscribers by giving them free data of equal value.
