Mattress manufacturer Eclipse International will introduce the Windsor 6000 and Windsor 8000, the first models to emerge from its joint venture with Millbrook Beds, the United Kingdom-based producer of premium-quality mattresses, at the upcoming High Point Market. As with all other Millbrook mattresses, the Windsor models feature hand-side stitching and are hand-crafted from all-natural fabrics and fills, using environmentally responsible materials and manufacturing methods.

The flagship licensee of Eclipse International, Bedding Industries of America, will open a new 80,000-square-foot manufacturing, showroom and distribution center at 1798 Linden Ave. in Rialto, California. The factory will be called BIA WEST and is scheduled to open April 1
st. It will employ 120 when fully operational and serve retailers in California, Nevada, and part of Arizona.
A multi-million dollar outfitting of the facility will include state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment from Leggett & Platt’s Global Systems Group to showcase the latest in manufacturing innovation and design for the industry.
The plant will manufacture mattresses under Eclipse, Saatva, Eastman House, Natural Dreams Pure Talalay, as well as other brands from the company’s portfolio.

Eclipse International reports that it has created a family of more than 15 ultra-premium, luxury mattresses designed to give retailers a full portfolio of products across three brands. The company continues to broaden its collections handcrafted with luxurious, natural and organic materials designed to stand out on retail showroom floors and retail between $2,000 and $8,000.
Designed with quality materials, including all-natural Talalay rubber, GOTS-certified wool, cashmere, angora and rich cotton, Eclipse has developed mattresses that feature many of the same materials and components found in much higher priced lines at significantly lower retail prices.
