The Director General of Democracy is offering a keynote speech at the Conference on Human Rights and Democracy on 5 May, organised by the City of Kristiansand in co-operation with the Council of Europe.
This event with a focus on rights in times of the pandemic will be followed by a Roundtable discussion on 6 May on the

The Social Organisation of the Municipality of Patras (KODIP) has recently launched full operation of the “Unit for Roma”, as part of the Community Centre, aiming at the upgrading of the living standards of Roma people and their full social integration. This will be achieved through the provision of specialised services, tailored to the specific challenges faced by the target group, that include: mediation – networking with useful administrative structures and services – information and awareness e.g. on health and education programmes - prevention - strengthening the educational process for adults and minors - counseling, training and promotion of employment opportunities.

Krakow is a city with a rich cultural heritage and significant historical values. It owes these attributes both to its native residents (born in Krakow) and to visitors from other parts of the country and abroad.
