Cronje has been with the IRR for 18 years and had initially planned to step down at the end of 2019. While at the IRR, Cronje established the IRR s Centre For Risk Analysis. Institute of Race Relations (IRR) CEO Dr Frans Cronje will step down at the end of the year. He leaves the IRR after 18 years, eight of which were spent as CEO.
