Woodford Reserve recently partnered with award-winning chocolatier Phillip Ashley Chocolates to celebrate the upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday.
The Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon paired with chocolate is what the two feel is a great holiday pairing. The twice-barreled bourbon is known for its rich flavor profile full of sweet aromatic flavor notes and three different chocolate pairings are said to accentuate different characteristics of the bourbon, master distiller Elizabeth McCall noted. These include white chocolate, milk chocolate with almonds and sea salt dark chocolate.
