Bay of Plenty Times
In the Bay of Plenty Times (January 14), a story compared money collected in parking fees. My question is why do the comparisons only go to June 2020, surely it is only a push of a computer button to go up to December 2020.
Two hours of free parking is not enough time to go to movies and have lunch. I would have thought that the first two hours in parking building would be free but no, fees apply from the minute you enter car parking building.

A twofer project by the Chicago office of Perkins and Will shows how to accomplish both and add arresting design to the Windy City in the process. The 65,000-square-foot building for a neighborhood north of downtown weaves two forms together in a single composition. On the street level, a community room and a learning lab for teens bookend the double-height glazed library.
