The same group of Charger swimmers took 16th in the 400 free relay in 3:21.47.
The DP girls 400 free relay squad of Brynn Graham, Caitlyn Robinson, Holly Maxwell and Andrea Bish placed 11th in 3:38.29.
In the 500 freestyle, freshman Natalie Murray came in 13th (5:14.10) and Bish placed 14th (5:14.15).

The San Marcos girls also won the 200 medley relay and the 200 freestyle relay.
For the Dos Pueblos girls, Andrea Bish won the 500 freestyle, and Caitlyn Robinson had back to back wins in the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly. Sophomore Brynn Graham took the 100 freestyle and senior Brittney Gamble won the 100 breaststroke.
For the San Marcos boys, Jaran Depew won the 200 and 500 freestyle. Jack Cunnison and Daniel Goldberg finished 1-2 in diving. The 4x50 freestyle relay team of Asher Steelman, Charles Franzen, Peter Frisell and Depew also won.
“Outstanding performance from our varsity boys,” Royals boys coach Peera Sukavivatanachai said. “We were a little tired coming off of Tuesday s fast races at Harvard Westlake. But I m proud of my boys, who stayed composed till the end.”

Many coaches at Monday’s Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table’s Press Luncheon were eager to highlight the dedication of their student-athletes this season especially those who are playing multiple sports at the same time.
“I see first hand the things these kids have to go through everyday, and it really is a testament to the athletes and the sacrifices that they’re making for their teams,” said Dos Pueblos softball coach Mike Gerken. “I hope all coaches recognize the sacrifices that all of your two-sport athletes are going through right now.”

The girls swept the individual events and relays in a 110-31 win. Andrea Bish won the 200 and 100 meter freestyle, Brittney Gamble won the 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke, and Natalie Murray won the 500 freestyle.
The Charger boys won 104-53. Alex Kanard won the 200 freestyle, Cooper Costello won the 50 freestyle and 500 freestyle and Nikko Carrillo won the 200 individual medley and the 100 breaststroke.
The Dos Pueblos girls are now 3-0 both overall and in league competition. The boys are 2-1 in both.
