A FILM by two students from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), titled “Red Wine Chicken”, was named one of the five winning documentaries by the Visual Documentary Project (VDP) 2020.
The 16-minute documentary was selected from a pool of close to 120 entries from Southeast Asian countries, the varsity said in a press release.
The film documenting the life, marriage and love between a Vietnamese woman and a Malaysian man was produced and directed by Angel Yuen Yi Qian and Chung Lay Woei, both Bachelor of Communication (Honours) Broadcasting final year students from the Faculty of Creative Industries.

(pic) will represent Malaysia in the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) World Championship 2021 in Orlando, Florida in August 2021. Danny Tse is the proud Champion at the grand finals of the ACA Championship Malaysia 2020 beating other participants from about a total of 70 schools, colleges and educational institutions across the country.
The ACA Championship Malaysia 2020 was organised by Acestar Sdn Bhd and it was held in conjunction with the SEA Connect Creative Conference 2020 which was a virtual event held on 16 December 2020.
The Championship sets a platform for students whose major is in Art and Design to showcase their work on a broader scale and it is open to all institutions of higher learning, secondary schools, colleges and polytechnics in the country. Participants must be within the age of 13 years and 22 years old.
