Virtual Conference, New York, Saturday 6 February 2021 – His Excellency President Dr Julius Maada Bio has addressed the 34th Ordinary Session of the AU Assembly on the efforts of the Committee of Ten Heads of State and Government, C10, which he chairs.
He called on the leadership of Africa to remain cohesive on all aspects of the UN reform process, continue to speak with one voice in unity of purpose, until the demands of the Common African Position as articulated in the Ezulwini Consensus and Sirte Declaration are achieved

Official Opening of the PRC: The PRC meeting will be held through videoconference, the Opening ceremony will held be virtually on 20 January 2021, at 10:00 a.m. The opening ceremony will include among others, a statement by the Chairperson of the Commission and statement by the Chairperson of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC).
Objectives:
The PRC Session will discuss different reports including: the activities of the PRC Sub-Committees, Reports of the Specialized Technical Committees (STCs) held in the year 2020, Reports of the Commission, other AU Organs and the AU Specialized Agencies.
The Session will also consider draft agenda and draft decisions of the 38th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and agenda of the 34th Ordinary Session of the AU Assembly, scheduled to take place 3 - 4 and 6 - 7 February 2021 respectively. ....
