Rivian is a relative newcomer to the electric vehicle market but has already made waves with its R1T Truck, a competitor to the Tesla Cybertruck, while its massive deal with Amazon to provide the company with 100,000 electric delivery vans has solidified it as a serious player. In December last year we reported on these cute delivery vans being tested near Rivian s production site in Irvine, California with some mild camouflage to hide the vehicle s front and rear-end. Now that we have a good idea what the Rivian delivery van will look like, some have started coming up with their own quirky versions, including this creation, inspired by a 1970s GMC motorhome, and we have to admit that it looks pretty awesome.

Amazon is pretty hot on cutting its carbon footprint, though the boxy EV has started turning the imaginative gears in some. The squared-off proportions and high roof would make an exceptional candidate for a motorhome conversion, and that s what artist Alex Alexanian did, building off of the GMC Motorhome the automaker offered in the 1970s.
