SPOTSYLVANIA, Va. (WWBT) - A youth director in Spotsylvania County is facing felony charges after police said he had an inappropriate relationship with a minor.
Benjamin James Nagle, 40, of Spotsylvania County, is charged with two counts of conspiracy to violate the drug control act, one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor and one count of possession of child pornography.

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. A Spotsylvania youth official has been charged with child sex crimes and possession of child pornography.
An investigation into Benjamin James Nagle began after an anonymous tip was called into the Spotsylvania Department of Social Services alleging an inappropriate relationship with a minor known to him.
Nagle is the Executive Director of Office on Youth serving the greater Fredericksburg area. The 40-year-old serves as chief administrative officer for the Office on Youth, a non-profit, youth services agency, commissioned by the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford, according to his Linkedin account.
